The venue of the conference is the University Library, which is located in Karol Szymanowski 3 Street. The main entrance is at the cross-section of Powstańców Wielkopolskich Avenue and Sułkowskiego Street. One can get there by bus number 57, 71, 77 and 80. Bus stop is conveniently located in front of the main entrance. A free parking lot will be available for the conference participants who arrive by car.
A conference hall on the first floor is in the close proximity of exhibition area where posters will be on display throughout the conference. A spacious recreational area will serve for coffee breaks, lunches and place for informal discussions.
